Village outreach programme

The village outreach programmes provide volunteers drawn from the class of students and workers in their varying fields of specialization to get involved in a weeklong community service on annual basis. Volunteers can sign up to join an outreach programme, even months prior to the departure. A weeklong training and orientation would be provided to equip participant on the programmes to be run, the project centers, team allocations, and the assignment of project facilitators. Project facilitators are responsible for taking attendances, getting groups introduced to one another, preparing volunteers for each programme. They are also responsible for ensuring good ethical and moral conducts of volunteers, and the daily collation of reports.
