The eradication of domestic violence in Australia requires advocacy and sustained public education, which would achieve a change in the culture that perpetuates violence against women and children. This could be achieved by developing the capacity of community-based advocates to deal with the issue of domestic violence. The goal of this part of our work is to raise awareness at the community level by sharing the knowledge and transferring some of the skills needed to provide the early interventions to women and men in abusive relationships through awareness. We purposed to network with the community-based advocates for youth advocacy and other community-based organisations to develop their capacity to advocate against domestic violence. Hope Restoration Network seeks to extend its community outreach activities to the following areas in Australia:

1. Tasmania
2. New Southwales
3. Northern Territory

In addition, Hope Restoration Network would like to build its relationships with the police stations in our various project catchment areas.
